General topic but mostly encompasses my experience as a writer.
I had quite the busy week, as I decided to go through sixteen chapters, rather than ten. I have eight left to comb through, but those are more recent and not in dire need. Edit, sure, but I'm holding off on that until I have the story straightened out.
I'm giving myself a month to do the revising, as there's a lot of material to work with. I think ten chapters a week is a good number—I'm still balancing other stories, after all.
And all this wouldn't be possible if I were still working at Walmart. I have a lot of time on my hands until the checks stop coming late July, and want to take full advantage of it while I can!
Well, it's official! My last day of work came earlier than expected, on Wednesday. There was too much dust flying around the store.
On the bright side, I'll have more time to write, read, and game; hobbies I've struggled to keep up with over the past two months.
Socializing has always been an uphill battle for me, but it was especially frustrating back then, when I needed it most. I've never been able to find a group for these things, so I always end up doing them alone.
I’ve been at it for three weeks now, and will take another break before combing over everything once more. There are other projects I’ve been itching to get started on, more novellas and short stories, and eventually my much neglected novel.
