The life of an adventurer is hard. People get maimed, die, or go missing all the time, but the world keeps spinning.
Meike was never big on monster hunting or collecting trophies. They're happier foraging, mixing potions, and befriending monsters and critters. A fact that's further cemented when one of their friends suffers a grievous wound during a quest.
But they aren't ready to hang up their cloak just yet! There are plenty of quests that don't require a blade, quests devoted to healing, not inflicting pain. And as Meike comes to find, social quests can be stressful in their own way, but just as fulfilling.
